"Still quite tight and not revealing much at this young stage, subtle aromas of cranberry and tart cherry along with hints of smoke emerge from the glass. On the palate, bright flavors of fresh raspberry and plum take center stage, and the lively acidity offers the perfect balance to the rich, pure fruit. Medium-bodied, there’s a great sense of focus, with chalky tannins lending support. Very youthful, this will require another few years to really unwind, with a recommended drinking window of 2018–2025."
