" First vintage of Riesling from our Lakeshore farm vineyard, the fruit was harvested in late September and transferred directly to the press. From there the must was transferred to stainless steel for fermentation and subsequent aging for 9 months. The wine was then fined and filtered prior to bottling in October 2019.Intense aromas of lime, peach and wild flowers. On the pallet it has mouth-watering acidity and notes of citrus, with flavours of peach and honey and an elegant backdrop of balancing sweetness. Extremely versatile, enjoy with a range of dishes such as spicy curries, fresh fish, roasted pork or a wide variety of cheese. ."
