100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100% delighted with the first bottle that you open, send us back the rest of the case and we will give you instore credit for the remainder of the case. Case must be received by Vinos.ca no later than 14 days after delivery. 

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free to any location in Ontario. Location times to the GTA and major metropolitan areas is typically 3-5 business days. Delivery to rural areas is typically an additional 2 business days. Driver will ask for proof of age (19+) before releasing the shipment. Please provide any special delivery instructions in the comments box on the shopping cart.

Returns

Unopened and undamaged cases can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and any damages will result in partial or no refunds so we encourage you to insure the package for it’s full value.
