Harvested predominantly in the cool of the early morning, gentle juice extraction, and pressing under inert gas. Cool settled and mainly fermented in stainless steel tanks. The final wine has aromas of citrus, lemon pith, and ginger spice over a layer of tropical fruits. The palate is juicy and crisp, layered with generous stone fruit flavors and along finish.It’s intensely aromatic on the nose showing passionfruit, feijoa, Granny Smith apple and lemon peel characters. The palate delivers excellent fruit power and persistency backed by refreshing acidity, making it delectable and highly enjoyable.
