The hand harvested perfectly ripened, healthy grapes came from old vines (70 years old) on a steep incline in the upper Saar valley (a tributary of the Mosel river).Layers of struck flint, chalk and salt mingle into honey and pink grapefruit in this snappy Kabinett. It's just a whisper off dry in style but packs a punch of juicy, tangy citrus flavor. The finish is pristine and mineral. Best now–2024
